  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
  • 4 whole Red Potatoes, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Corned Beef, Broken Into Chunks

Directions

    Pour the water into a 3-quart stock pot. Add salt, onion and potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook 15 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 5 more minutes until thickened. Add corned beef and let cook until it has fallen apart.
