- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 8 slices rye bread, spread with mustard
- 8 slices Kraft American cheese
- 8 onion slices
- 8 tomato slices
Directions

1Slice corned beef hash into 8 patties.

2Roll in cracker crumbs.

3Dip in beaten egg, mixed with water, and then again in the crumbs.

4Fry in small amount of oil.

5On each slice of bread, spread with mustard.

6Place cheese, onion and tomato slice and top with corned beef patty.

7Broil until cheese begins to melt.

8Makes 8 sandwiches.
