- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Cream butter with sugar.

2Add beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.

3Add pecans, vanilla and cornflakes last.

4Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet.

5Bake in a very slow oven for 1 hour.
