  • 1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Bake pie shell at 450° for 7 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325°. Remove pie shell.

    Crumble hash into shell.

    Top with shredded cheese.

    Combine eggs, flour, milk, salt and nutmeg; pour this mixture over hash and cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.

    Cool 15 minutes and serve.
