- 1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Bake pie shell at 450° for 7 minutes.

2Reduce heat to 325°. Remove pie shell.

3Crumble hash into shell.

4Top with shredded cheese.

5Combine eggs, flour, milk, salt and nutmeg; pour this mixture over hash and cheese.

6Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.

7Cool 15 minutes and serve.
