  • 2 (6 ounce) canssolid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 34 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 34 cup dried breadcrumbs, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 13 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions

    Combine the tuna, cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, corn, mayonnaise and egg in a medium bowl, and mix until well blended.

    Shape the mixture into 8 patties, and coat with the remaining 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.

    Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

    Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
