- 2 (6 ounce) canssolid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 34 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 34 cup dried breadcrumbs, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
- 13 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions

1Combine the tuna, cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, corn, mayonnaise and egg in a medium bowl, and mix until well blended.

2Shape the mixture into 8 patties, and coat with the remaining 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.

3Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

4Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
