Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey (optional)
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 6 oz. mushrooms (fresh)
  • 1 (26 oz.) plain Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can stewed chopped tomatoes
  • 7 to 14 oz. thin spaghetti or vermicelli
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or Pam spray

Directions

    Brown turkey if meat is desired, finely chopping as it cooks. Pour off any fat.

    Add chopped onion and stir.

    Wait 3 minutes. Add peppers.

    Cook the onion and peppers, stirring all along.

    Add all remaining ingredients, saving sliced or chopped mushrooms for last.
