- 1 lb. ground turkey (optional)
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 6 oz. mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 (26 oz.) plain Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed chopped tomatoes
- 7 to 14 oz. thin spaghetti or vermicelli
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil or Pam spray
Directions

1Brown turkey if meat is desired, finely chopping as it cooks. Pour off any fat.

2Add chopped onion and stir.

3Wait 3 minutes. Add peppers.

4Cook the onion and peppers, stirring all along.

5Add all remaining ingredients, saving sliced or chopped mushrooms for last.
