- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream all ingredients.

2Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 3 equal parts.

3Allow to sit at room temperature until easy to handle.

4Roll each into a 10-inch diameter circle. Cut each circle into 12 pie-shaped pieces.

5Roll up starting with wide end.

6Place on lightly buttered baking sheets.

7Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Cool on a wire rack. Yields 36.
