  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt butter with onions.

    Mix all ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
