  • 10 potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 3/4 c. milk

    Chop first 7 ingredients.

    Put in a large bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper.

    Heat milk and oleo in a saucepan over medium heat until oleo is melted.

    Pour over chopped ingredients and mix. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 375°, covered, for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes.
