  • 4 medium-size tomatoes
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dillweed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Paprika

Directions

    Slice off tops of tomatoes; scoop out pulp with a small spoon, discarding pulp. Invert and drain on paper towels.

    While tomato shells drain, combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture evenly into tomato shells. Sprinkle with paprika.
