Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sausage (any flavor okay, 1 lb.)
  • 9-inch pie shell, premade or from scratch
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 chopped green pepper (bell pepper)
  • 1/4 c. red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. light cream

Directions

    Cook sausage until done; crumble, then drain.

    Mix cheese and sausage; sprinkle in pie shell.

    Lightly beat eggs.

    Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.

    Pour in shell and bake at 375° about 40 to 45 minutes.
