  • 1 pkg. sausage (any flavor)
  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. light cream

    Crumble, then drain.

    Prepare pie shell.
