  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion (or Finely Chopped Regular Onion)
  • 16 ounces, weight Frozen Or Fresh Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1/4 teaspoons Each, Salt And Pepper

Directions

    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute for about 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Stir in corn; cover the skillet and cook about 5 minutes until heated. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir this into the corn, and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for about 2 minutes or until thickened. Serves 6.
