- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
- margarine
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Mix in more flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Turn onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes.

6Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up.

7Cover with damp towel; let rise until double, about 1 hour.

8Punch down dough.

9Form into 2 loaves or 2 dozen rolls.

10Put in greased pans.

11Brush with salad oil.

12Let rise until double, about 1 hour.

13Heat oven to 375°.

14Bake loaves for 30 to 35 minutes.

15Bake rolls 20 to 25 minutes.

16Brush with butter.
