  • 10 ears fresh yellow corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. pure sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh thyme, minced fine

Directions

    Cut the corn from the cob and add the milk, salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the corn mixture and thyme.

    Cook, stirring, until tender.
