  • 1 package cake mix spice
  • 1 cup rolled oats uncooked
  • 8 ounces yogurt, low-fat
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups apples chopped
  • 1 cup rolled oats uncooked
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup margarine melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground

    Heat oven to 350F (180C).

    Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan.

    For cake, combine first six ingredients.

    Blend on low speed of electric mixer until moistened; mix at medium speed 2 minutes.

    Stir in apple.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon; mix well.

    Sprinkle evenly over batter.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
