  • 1 cup Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground White Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Place lid on tightly and shake to combine well. Use as desired.

    Variation: I have a separate mix that I use when I want a little more zing. I add 2 tablespoons lemon pepper and/or 1 tablespoon dill weed.
