  • 2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces
  • 2 c. peeled and sliced carrots, 1/2 long
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. fine tapioca
  • 5 oz. can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions
