- 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 16 oz. can cream style corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Use an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix together all ingredients except for the cheese.

4Pour into pan. Bake for 15 miinutes.

5Then sprinkle top with the cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
