- 1 large Bell pepper any color cut in half from top to bottom and cleaned
- 2 cup prepared couscous
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1 link Italian sausage or brat cooked and out of casing chopped
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven 375F.

2Place bell pepper halves in microwave for 2 minutes on high heat.

3Place half of the cheese in the bottoms of the pepper halves

4Place pepper into a casserole dish or oven safe dish

5Combine all other ingredients and stuff pepper halves then top with remaining cheese and bake for approximately 30 minutes (or desired tenderness)
