- 4 slices bacon
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 13 1/2 ounces butter beans drained
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 roll day old bread soaked water, excess water squeezed out
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 13 1/2 ounces sweet corn
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 pounds thick-cut french fries frozen
- 3 leaves
- 8 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 pinch sweet paprika
Directions

1Fry bacon for 4 mins, until crispy. Remove bacon and saute 1 onion in bacon fat. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min, stirring. Add beans and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil and season. Add cayenne, to taste. Keep warm.

2Meanwhile, combine bread, ground beef, corn, remaining onion and egg. Season. Shape into 4 patties. Lightly grease a grill pan and grill patties for about 12 mins, or until cooked to your liking.

3Cook French fries according to package instructions. Remove from heat and season. Toss with parsley and paprika. Serve with burgers and bean mixture.
