Ingredients: 3 packages Weiners/Hot Dogs, 8 Per Package; 24 sticks Chopsticks (these Work Best); 1 cup All Purpose Flour, Sifted; 2 teaspoons Baking Powder; 1 teaspoon Sugar; 2 teaspoons Salt; 1 teaspoon Chili Powder; 1 cup Cornmeal; 1 Tablespoon Mustard; 2 whole Eggs, Beaten; 1-1/4 cup Milk; Vegetable Oil, For Frying

1 cup All Purpose Flour, Sifted
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 cup Cornmeal
1 Tablespoon Mustard
2 whole Eggs, Beaten
1-1/4 cup Milk
Vegetable Oil, For Frying

Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and chili powder into bowl. Stir in cornmeal.

Mix mustard, eggs and milk. Stir wet ingredients in to dry ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon.

Stick each weiner with a chop stick (lengthwise) and dip into batter. Drop into hot vegetable oil and fry for 3 to 5 minutes each. Drain on paper towels.
