- 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 1/4 c. cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. crabmeat, flaked
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat soup, stirring, until smooth.

2Add butter and milk.

3When hot, remove from heat; stir in cheese, reserving some to sprinkle on top.

4Combine cheese sauce, pasta, crabmeat and pepper.

5Spoon into greased shallow casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in hot oven at 400° for 30 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
