  • 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/4 c. cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. crabmeat, flaked
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat soup, stirring, until smooth.

    Add butter and milk.

    When hot, remove from heat; stir in cheese, reserving some to sprinkle on top.

    Combine cheese sauce, pasta, crabmeat and pepper.

    Spoon into greased shallow casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in hot oven at 400° for 30 minutes.
