  • 5 cups half-and-half
  • 2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 lb crabmeat, picked over and shredded
  • 12 cup cooking sherry
