  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • dark brown sugar
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add juice from cocktail.

    Add flour and beat well. Add fruit.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Sprinkle top of batter with brown sugar and nuts.

    Cook at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
