- 1 lb. crabmeat, cooked and flaked (do not use imitation!)
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. diced onion
- approximately 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (to bind mixture together)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, mixing with a fork.

2Form into 7 or 8 thick patties.

3Coat both sides with finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs on waxed paper and fry in skillet with minimum hot Crisco until lightly browned on each side.
