- 1 lb. crab meat
- 10 saltine crackers, beaten finely
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- all-purpose batter mix (dry)
Directions

1In one bowl mix crab meat and crackers.

2In another bowl, mix all other ingredients and pour over crab meat.

3Stir and form into cakes.

4Sprinkle top and bottom of cakes with batter mix.

5Fry quickly until golden brown.
