  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c finely chopped red pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 c panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tbs mayonnaise
  • olive oil
  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
