  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 2 t. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. dijon mustard
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 T. fresh chopped chives
  • 2 T. butter
  • flour
