  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. persimmon pulp
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 Tbsp. sweetener and 1 tsp.

    Add dry ingredients and a little of the milk.
