- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Clean and pick over crabmeat, removing any membrane pieces. Combine the other ingredients together and add to crabmeat.

2Mix gently until blended.

3Form into 8 crab cakes.

4Fry each in oil deep enough to come up to one half the side of the crab cake. Brown lightly on each side.
