- 1 lb. cooked crab meat
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dry bread crumbs
- 1 slice bread, wet, squeezed out and crumpled
Directions

1Combine crab meat, mustard, mayonnaise, egg, salt, Worcestershire, cayenne and bread.

2Shape into 8 cakes.

3Roll in bread crumbs.

4Cook in oil over moderate heat until brown on one side.

5Turn carefully and brown the other side.
