- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 hands moist bread crumbs
- parsley
- salt and pepper
- onion
- 1 qt. crab meat
Directions

1Mix flour and milk; heat on stove until thick.

2Beat egg; add with bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and chopped onion to crab meat.

3Mix in flour mixture.

4Prepare into cakes.

5Dip in bread crumbs.

6Must be made ahead of time and put in the refrigerator until you are ready to deep fry the cakes.
