- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hash Browns
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
- coconut oil (for frying)
Directions

1Combine crab, potatoes and mayonnaise and form patties.

2If needed you may add some of the crushed crackers for more body.

3Coat each patty with crushed ritz crackers and put in freezer for 30 minutes.

4Fry up in half and inch of coconut oil till golden brown.
