- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked or canned
- salt to taste
- 25 toast rounds or triangles
- paprika
Directions

1Combine cheeses, lemon juice, crab meat and salt; mix well. Spread each toast round with mixture.

2Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

3Place on baking sheet.

4Broil until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
