Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk (I use skim)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Make a white sauce with the margarine, flour and milk.

2Cook over low heat and stir.

3Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

4Cook until begins to thicken.

5Add the other chopped ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

6Add eggs, mushrooms and crab meat.

7Stir well.

8Put into a buttered baking dish and cover with 1/2-inch of buttered bread crumbs.

9This is most important.

10Bake at 350°

11until brown, about 30 minutes.

12Makes 4 to 6 servings.
