  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 small can chopped pimentos
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans crabmeat
  • 6 oz. finest noodles
  • dash of pepper and a few drops Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. sherry

Directions

    Melt cream cheese and butter on top of double boiler.

    Combine all ingredients (do not precook noodles).

    Mix well and place in baking dish.

    Add sherry, sprinkle with bread crumbs.

    Bake until bubbly at 375°.

    May sprinkle with a little paprika.
