Ingredients
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 small sprig parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 lb. crabmeat
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes or until tender.

2Blend in flour.

3Gradually stir in tomatoes. Add sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and parsley.

4Simmer gently, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

5Remove bay leaf.

6Add crab meat and Worcestershire sauce.

7Heat thoroughly.
