Choplet Casserole

- 1 can Worthington choplets (save broth)
- 2 Tbsp. milk (soy)
- 1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 packet George Washington rich brown seasoning
Directions

1Dip choplets in soy milk mixture, then in bread crumbs.

2Place in skillet with small amount of olive oil.

3Fry until brown; turn choplets over.

4Place sliced onion on top of choplets.

5To the broth, add the George Washington seasoning and enough water to make 1/2 can.

6Pour over choplets.

7Reduce heat, cover and simmer until onion is tender.

8(Green pepper can be added with the onion.) Delicious.
