- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) Alaska snow crab (canned or frozen)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- dash of liquid hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Thaw crab, if frozen.

2Drain and reserve liquid.

3Slice crab. Reserve a few pieces for garnish. Blend together the cream cheese with all the remaining ingredients and the reserved crab liquid. Stir in crab. Spoon in dish. Bake at 325° about 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Garnish with reserved pieces of crab and additional green onions.

4Serve with French bread.
