Ingredients

  • 1 (6 to 8 oz.) Alaska snow crab (canned or frozen)
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • dash of liquid hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Thaw crab, if frozen.

    Drain and reserve liquid.

    Slice crab. Reserve a few pieces for garnish. Blend together the cream cheese with all the remaining ingredients and the reserved crab liquid. Stir in crab. Spoon in dish. Bake at 325° about 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Garnish with reserved pieces of crab and additional green onions.

    Serve with French bread.
