- chopped onions
- 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Directions

1Bring to boil; simmer 40 to 60 minutes.

2I add 1/2 cup cooked macaroni after heat is turned off.

3It will be cooked in about 6 to 8 minutes.

4With the macaroni, this is a complete nutritious meal.
