  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp. dry dill weed
  • 1/4 c. minced scallions
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
