  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium head lettuce, torn
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped long green (mild) peppers
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. corn chips
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing

Directions

    Fry meat in large skillet; drain.

    In large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, olives and cheese; toss well.

    Add meat, chips and beans; toss lightly.

    Serve with dressing.
