- 1 loaf Pullman white bread, freeze and cut off all crust and cut into cubes
- 4 boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 1 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 32 oz. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix bread, eggs and onion.

2Put in covered bowl in refrigerator overnight.

3Next day, mix celery, crab meat and mayonnaise.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Serve with assorted crackers.
