- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lb. crabmeat
Directions

1Saute onion and jalapenos in butter.

2Add garlic and mushrooms; saute 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Add mustard and sour cream; heat to a boil.

4Add crabmeat and heat through. Serve over rice that has been cooked in equal portions of beer and water.
