  • 1 small can crab meat, flaked
  • 1 c. chopped ripe or green olives
  • 1 1/4 c. diced Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns, buttered

Directions

    Combine crab meat, olives, cheese and onion.

    Add mixture of mayonnaise and lemon juice; add seasonings.

    Fill buttered buns with mixture; wrap each in foil.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
