- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Melt 1/4 cup margarine in heavy saucepan over low heat.

2Add flour, stirring until smooth.

3Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk.

4Cok over medium heat.

5Stir in next 5 ingredients.

6Fold in crabmeat.

7Spoon into greased baking shells. Mix bread crumbs and margarine.

8Sprinkle over crab mixture. Garnish with paprika.

9Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
