Ingredients

  • 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Saute green pepper in butter 1 minute.

    Mix all ingredients except crabmeat, then gently stir into crabmeat.

    Put in individual shells or baking dish.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over each shell.

    Sprinkle on paprika.

    Bake at 350° until top browns and makes bubbles.
