Ingredients

  • low fat ranch dressing (you may also use low fat italian).
  • baby carrots or cut up carrots(I prefer cut up carrots because they are much tastier)
  • celery sticks
  • grape tomatoes
  • seedless cucumber sticks
  • black olives
  • tyson fully cooked breast strips.
  • (they also have flavored)thawed.
  • hard boiled eggs
  • rolled salami(this adds more fat and sodium)
  • rolled turkey breasts lunchmeat
  • rolled baked ham lunchmeat.

Directions

    Put some dressing in a disposable plastic container.

    Mix and match veggies and protiens for dipping.

    I separate each item in plastic snack bags
  4. 4
    and I use two vegetables and two protiens per lunch.If you have a hearty eater you may use more.
