- baby carrots or cut up carrots(I prefer cut up carrots because they are much tastier)
- celery sticks
- grape tomatoes
- seedless cucumber sticks
- black olives
- tyson fully cooked breast strips.
- (they also have flavored)thawed.
- hard boiled eggs
- rolled salami(this adds more fat and sodium)
- rolled turkey breasts lunchmeat
- rolled baked ham lunchmeat.
Directions

1Put some dressing in a disposable plastic container.

2Mix and match veggies and protiens for dipping.

3I separate each item in plastic snack bags

4and I use two vegetables and two protiens per lunch.If you have a hearty eater you may use more.
