  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 c. chopped green and red peppers

Directions

    Place crab meat in baking pan or dish.

    (Do not stir crab meat.
  3. 3
    Keep in lumps as much as possible.)

    Saute peppers in half of the butter.
  5. 5
    Mix other ingredients together except for the remainder of the butter and bread crumbs.

    Stir into crab meat. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs.

    Spread bread crumbs on top of crab meat.

    Bake at 350° until top is browned.
