- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 c. chopped green and red peppers
Directions

1Place crab meat in baking pan or dish.

2(Do not stir crab meat.

3Keep in lumps as much as possible.)

4Saute peppers in half of the butter.

5Mix other ingredients together except for the remainder of the butter and bread crumbs.

6Stir into crab meat. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs.

7Spread bread crumbs on top of crab meat.

8Bake at 350° until top is browned.
